Secretary’s Report
October 3rd 2011 BOD Meeting minutes approved by majority vote.
Treasurer’s Report
Stephen reported that the EOY report is not final as yet but the projected revenue over expense margin will be in the $30k range.
Stephen also presented a draft of the 2012 Association budget and explained the various lines. A discussion regarding the Sports Chairs was held to later in the agenda.
Managing Director’s Report
Steve Vaitones reported:

A renewal message was sent to all clubs
He requested Sports Chairs to send him committee members’ names.
The T&F entry form for the Association meet is on-line as well as the Masters one.
The Youth meet at RLTAC is progressing.
The weight clinic was sparsely attended.
Bob Cedrone with Steve on setting up a scholastic hammer clinic in the spring.
The Level 1 Coaches School at Regis College,run by Dave Kerin will be the lead instructor.
Plans for Scholastic Camps progressing including high jump clinic.
For 2012 all requests for sanctions must include a Safety Plan.
Steve attended the Somerville RR Club meeting.
New Business
Steve Viegas explained the USATF Association Logo Trademark Agreement and the requirement to adhere to the use of logos etc. by all members.
Steve requested tabling the proposal from Dave Dunham for LDR five year age group scoring.

Steve reviewed the Sports Chair’s and other 2012 budget requests and explained the Executive Committee will meet to make recommendations.

A wide-ranging discussion regarding how to attract ‘post collegiate’ athletes to USATF continued for about ten minutes.
Mike Travers had to leave before the meeting adjourned and explained that the Association Masters T&F meet on January 29th still needs volunteers.
Steve Viegas explained anyone that wanted to either be certified or renew certification for CRP/AED program contact the office.
Steve Vaitones reminded all BOD members must complete the required background check.
He also reminded all BOD members must also complete a disclosure form.
Also Exchange Zone articles etc. must be in the office by Wed (Jan 18).
Steve explained there would more information to follow regarding the new national office email broadcast system, Delivra.
Justin Kuo explained that the Association now has a Google+ account.
