2015 Massachusetts Middle School
7th Annual Cross Country Invitational
Saturday, November 7, 2015
Willard Field, Devens MA
Sponsored by the Boston Athletic Association
Information as of October 30, 2015
USA Track & Field - New England will host the seventh annual Massachusetts Middle School Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, November 7, 2015.
There is no other organization that deals with middle school athletics in Massachusetts.
This meet, presented by USA Track & Field - New England, provides a capstone to the middle school season.
The meet will run at the new cross country course at Willard Field in Devens MA. The course is the same as 2014
The location is easily accessible off of Rt 2 - Exit 37B.
DO NOT GO INTO RESTRICTED AREAS, AND FOLLOW PARKING REGULATIONS
This meet provides an opportunity for middle school runners in grades 5-8 to compete in a large championship style event.
It is open to all schools - public, parochial, private, and charter - and home schoolers in those grades may compete.
This is a school-based competition, and not club-based. Runners' affiliations will be listed as the school they attend.
The format provides multiple races - boys and girls races for these divisions: grades 5/6, grade 7, grade 8, and a team 'championship' race.
There will be only one race planned per division each for both boys and girls. If needed, a second team race will evenly divide numbers.
The 2015 meet is sponsored by the Boston Athletic Association. Participants will receive a commemorative item
We appreciate your interest in and support of this continually-growing event.
