ELIGIBILITY

Please see the specific eligibility requirements at the USATF National website

Individuals compete in five-year age groups, relays in 10-year age groups. The meet will be run in accordance with USATF Competition Rules and Regulations.
2008 USATF membership is required for all US residents AT TIME OF ENTRY.
Membership may be obtained three ways:

• through your local USATF association
• printing and mailing a USATF membership form with your mailed entry
• on-line at USATF.ORG

ENTRY DEADLINES

Entries must be postmarked by March 17, 2008.
After March 17th, a late fee of $10 per event will be charged for entries postmarked AND RECEIVED through March 24; No entries, additions and/ or changes will be accepted after March 24, 2008.

Relay registration will take place on-site only at $20 per team.

HEADQUARTERS HOTEL

Headquarters hotel is the DoubleTree Guest Suites - Boston, 400 Soldiers Field Road, Boston 02134 - $154 single/ double, and $10 for additional people in a triple or quad. 1-617-783-0090.

To get the special rates reservations must be made by MARCH 4 2008 or until our block is filled. To get the special rates, you must identify yourself as being with the National Masters Championships at the time of making your reservation. The meet code is Code UTF, and is posted under USA Track & Field Masters. The hotel function coordinator is Kelvin Woo, Kelvin.Woo@hilton.com.
NOTE: If the hotel block fills, that rate will not be extended, even if it is before the deadline! Our hotel sold out last year, but then rooms were turned back in; please note that the meet has a responsibility for a certain room block. Late cancellations can affect obligations negatively.

AWARDS

Championship medals will be awarded to the top three places in each age group of each event final. Foreign athletes will receive a duplicate award. Championship patches will be presented to winners of individual events; patches are limited to one per participant.

FRIENDS OF THE NATIONAL MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS

Help ensure the high quality of the Championships and future meets with a donation. All contributors will be listed in the official meet program and receive a full set of meet results. Please consider the following:

• Platinum $250 Platinum level contributors will receive an event bag, polo shirt, t-shirt and pin.
• Gold $100 Gold level contributors will receive an event polo shirt and pin.
• Silver $50 Silver level contributors will receive a meet T-shirt and pin.
• Bronze $25 Bronze level contributors will receive a pin.

THURSDAY NIGHT SOCIAL

There will be a dinner get-together on Thursday night at a local restaurant. Details will appear on the website.
